# The Provision of Services Regulations 2009, Regulation 48: Enforcement


In Schedule 13 to the Enterprise Act 2002 (listed Directives and Regulations), after paragraph 9C insert—
“9D. Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on services in the internal market.”.
