# The Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 (Consequential Modifications and Saving) Order 2015, Paragraph 15: Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 (Designation of Partner Bodies) Order 2006


In article 2 of the Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 (Designation of Partner Bodies) Order 2006 (partner bodies), after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba) an integration joint board established under section 9(2) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 for an area of a local authority which is comprised within the area of the community justice authority;”.
