# The Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 (Consequential Modifications and Saving) Order 2015, Paragraph 16: Additional Support for Learning (Appropriate Agencies) (Scotland) Order 2005


In article 2 of the Additional Support for Learning (Appropriate Agencies) (Scotland) Order 2005 (appropriate agencies) —
(a) the word “and” immediately following paragraph (b) is omitted, and
(b) after paragraph (c) insert—
“; and
(d) an integration joint board established under section 9(2) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014.”.
