# The Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 (Consequential Modifications and Saving) Order 2015, Paragraph 6: Local Government in Scotland Act 2003


In section 16(1) of the Local Government in Scotland Act 2003 (community planning: further provision), after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba) an integration joint board established under section 9(2) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014;”.
