  "heading": "Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003",
  "text": "(1) The Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 30 (co-operation with Health Boards and others), after subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) If, in pursuance of an integration scheme prepared under section 1 or 2 of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014, a local authority delegates the carrying out any of the functions conferred by sections 25 to 27 of this Act—\n(a) subsection (1) applies to the person to whom the functions are delegated as it applies to a local authority; and\n(b) the person to whom the functions are delegated must co-operate with the local authority if it appears to the person that the authority has an interest, power or duty mentioned in subsection (2)(b) below.”.\n(3) In section 329 (interpretation), in subsection (1), in the definition of “community care services”, for “5A(4)” substitute “12A(8)”.",
