  "text": "(1) Regulation 3 (prescribed services) of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Prescribed Services ) (Protected Adults) Regulations 2010 is amended as follows.\n(2) For “and (ii)”, substitute “, (ii) and (iia)”.\n(3) The words from “provided” to “1978” become paragraph (a).\n(4) After that paragraph insert—\n“; or\n(b) provided or secured by a person to whom a function conferred by that Act is delegated by a Health Board in pursuance of an integration scheme prepared under section 1 or 2 of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014,”.\n(5) The words from “which” to the end become the closing words after new paragraphs (a) and (b).",
