Regulation 4 Application
(1)
Regulations 5 to 10 apply to a charge point operator that is not a micro business.
(2)
Regulation 11 applies to all charge point operators.
(3)
In this regulation, “micro business” has the meaning given in section 33 of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015f1.
