Paragraph 19 Enforcement undertakings

The enforcement authority may accept a written undertaking (an “enforcement undertaking”) given by a person to the enforcement authority to take such action as may be specified in the undertaking within such period as may be specified where the enforcement authority has reasonable grounds to suspect that the person has breached regulation 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11.
