# The Public Charge Point Regulations 2023, Paragraph 6: Powers of inspection etc


The enforcement authority may, for the purposes of assessing compliance with these Regulations, require a person to provide access to embedded software in a public charge point insofar as the enforcement authority considers that such access is necessary for the purpose of assessing such compliance.
