# The Public Charge Point Regulations 2023, Paragraph 9: Interpretation


In Parts 2, 3 and 4 of this Schedule, “civil sanction” means a compliance notice issued in accordance with paragraph 10 or a civil penalty imposed in accordance with paragraph 11.
