# The Public Contracts (Amendment) Regulations 2022, Regulation 2: Amendments to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015


(1) The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 109 (Scope of Chapter 8)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (2)(b), for “£10,000” substitute “£12,000”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (2)(c)(i), after “NHS Trust,” insert “or an NHS Foundation Trust”;
(c) in sub-paragraph 2(c)(ii), for “£25,000” substitute “£30,000”.
