  "text": "Draft Order laid before the House of Commons under section 2(3) of the Public Lending Right Act 1979, for approval by resolution of that House.\nLIBRARIES\nMade 2003\nComing into force 1st April 2003\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before the House of Commons in accordance with section 2(3) of the Public Lending Right Act 1979 and has been approved by a resolution of that House:\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(3) and now vested in her, and with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Order:–",
