  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Processions (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2005.\n(2) This Order comes into operation on the day after that on which it is made; but nothing in this Order applies in relation to any public procession or protest meeting held, or proposed to be held, before 14th May 2005.",
