  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order appoints 31st July 1999 as the date on which the revised guidelines relating to the exercise by the Parades Commission for Northern Ireland (“the Commission”) of its functions under section 8 of the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (“the 1998 Act”) (power to impose conditions on public processions) are to come into operation.\nThe revised guidelines, which are issued by the Commission under section 5 of the 1998 Act, replace the guidelines brought into operation on 3rd March 1998 by the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act (Guidelines) Order 1998 (which is revoked by this Order).\nThe revised guidelines are published by the Commission and copies may be obtained from the Commission at 12th Floor, Windsor House, Bedford Street, Belfast BT2 7EL.",
