Article 2 Revised Procedural Rules

The revised procedural rules laid in draft before Parliament on 30th June 1999, which regulate and prescribe the practice and procedure to be followed by the Commission in exercising the functions mentioned in section 2(2) of the 1998 Act and by other persons or bodies in their dealings with the Commission in connection with the exercise of those functions, shall come into operation on 31st July 1999.
