# The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 and come into force immediately before exit day.
