# The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 10: Amendments commenced eight months after exit day


(1) The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (as amended by regulation 9) are further amended as follows.
(2) Omit regulation 43 (conditions relating to the GPA).
(3) In regulation 83 (life-cycle costing), in paragraph (3)(c), omit the words from “, including” to the end.
(4) Omit regulation 105 (duty owed to economic operators from certain other States).
