# The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 10: Saving in relation to procurements commenced before regulations 6, 8 and 10 come into force


The amendments made by regulations 6, 8 and 10 do not affect any procurement commenced before those regulations come into force.
