Regulation 11 Amendments commenced 12 months after IP completion day

The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (as amended by regulation 10) are further amended as follows.

Omit regulation 43 (conditions relating to the GPA).

In regulation 83 (life-cycle costing), in paragraph (3)(c), omit the words from “, including” to the end.

Omit regulation 85 (tenders comprising products originating in third countries).

Omit regulation 105 (duty owed to economic operators from certain other States).
