# The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 15: The Provision of Services Regulations 2009


(1) The Provision of Services Regulations 2009 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 31 (certificates and other documents), in paragraph (5)(g), omit “(read with regulation 58(5))”.
