# The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 2: Revocation of superseded EU exit regulations


The following are revoked—
(a) the Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019;
(b) the Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019.
