# The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 23: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7


(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2016/7 of 5th January 2016 establishing the standard form for the European Single Procurement Document is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1—
(a) for the words from the beginning to “2016, the” substitute “The”;
(b) for “European single procurement document” substitute “Single Procurement Document”;
(c) for “Article 59 of Directive 2014/24/EU” substitute “regulation 59 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006”.
