# The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 12: Saving in relation to procurements commenced before regulations 7, 9 and 11 come into force


For the purposes of this Part, a procurement covers the whole of the procedures which stem from that commencement.
