# The Public Procurement (Electronic Invoices etc.) Regulations 2019, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Procurement (Electronic Invoices etc.) Regulations 2019.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 18th April 2019.
(3) Regulation 5 comes into force on 18th April 2020.
