# The Public Procurement etc. (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Amendment Regulations 2019, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Procurement etc. (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Amendment Regulations 2019.
(2) These Regulations come into force immediately before exit day.
