  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Procurement etc. (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.\n(2) Except for regulations 4, 6 and 8 these Regulations come into force on exit day.\n(3) Regulations 4, 6 and 8 come into force eight months after exit day.\n(4) The amendments and modifications made by these Regulations are subject to the transitional and savings provisions made by the schedule.",
