Regulation 6 Amendments commenced eight months after exit day

The Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (as amended by regulation 5) are further amended as follows.

Omit regulation 41 (conditions relating to the GPA).

In regulation 81 (life-cycle costing), in paragraph (3)(c), omit the words from “, including” to the end.

Omit regulation 100(2) to (5) (duty owed to economic operators).
