# The Public Procurement etc. (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 8: Amendment commenced eight months after exit day


(1) The Concession Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (as amended by regulation 7) are further amended as follows.
(2) Omit regulation 51(2) to (5) (duty owed to economic operators).
