# The Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 Amendment Order 2012, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the schedule to the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011. The schedule lists the authorities to which Part 1 of that Act applies.
Article 2 omits two entries in the schedule as a result of changes to the legislation under which those bodies were established.
