  "text": "This draft replaces the one laid on 2nd June 2015 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Order.\nDraft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 2(8) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nPublic Records\nMade 2015\nComing into force 2015\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(2) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 2(8) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
