# The Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (Authorities) Amendment Order 2015, Note: Explanatory note

This Order amends the schedule to the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (“the Act”) which lists the bodies, office-holders and other persons that are subject to Part 1 of the Act. Part 1 of the Act makes provision for records management plans.
