# The Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (Authorities) Amendment Order 2018, Article 2: Amendments to the schedule to the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011


In the schedule of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (authorities to which Part 1 of that Act applies), under the heading “Others”, in the appropriate place according to alphabetical order, add the following entries—
“First-tier Tribunal for Scotland”; and
“Upper Tribunal for Scotland”.
