# The Public Sector Apprenticeship Targets Regulations 2017, Introduction: Introductory text


This draft statutory instrument supersedes the draft of the same title which was laid before Parliament and published on 27th February 2017 (ISBN 978-0-11-115499-1). It is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft.
Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 262(6)(za) and (zb) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections A9(1), (5)(c) and (d) and (6), and A10(1)(b), (3) and (7) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009.
In accordance with sections 262(6)(za) and (zb) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
