Article 19 Barred individuals

The GTCS must, on being notified that an individual is barred from regulated work with children by virtue of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007f1—

(a)

refuse to register that individual; or, as the case may be

(b)

remove that individual from the register.
