  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 25(2)(b)(i) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nPublic Services Reform\nEducation\nMade 2011\nComing into force in accordance with article 2 and Schedule 1\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1), (3)(a) and (b), and (7)(a) and (b) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (“the Act”) and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nThe Scottish Ministers consider that the conditions in section 16(2) and (10) of the Act are satisfied.\nThe Scottish Ministers consider that the conditions in section 20(4) and (5)(b) of the Act are satisfied in relation to the conferral of a function of legislating on the Scottish Ministers.\nThe Scottish Ministers have consulted in accordance with section 26 of the Act.\nThe Scottish Ministers have laid a draft of this Order and an explanatory document before the Scottish Parliament in accordance with section 25(2)(b) of the Act.\nIn accordance with section 25(2)(c) of the Act, the draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
