# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 1: Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Act 1965 (c.49)


In section 50 of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Act 1965 (events occurring in institutions), for “section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
