Paragraph 12 Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 7)

In the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003^f1—

(a)

in section 14(6)(a)(ii) (victim statements), for “section 2(28) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 20 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”; and

(b)

in section 16(8)^f2 (victim’s right to receive information), for “section 2(28) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 20 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
