# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 16: Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 14)


In the Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005—
(a) for section 2(2)(c) (co-operation for purposes of inspections) substitute—
“(c) Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland.”; and
(b) for section 6(2)(a) (power of Scottish Ministers to require action by community justice authority) substitute—
“(a) Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland;”.
