# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 21: Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 8)


In schedule 14 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 8) (modifications of enactments in respect of Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland), paragraph 35(a) is repealed.
