# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 23: Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation) Order 2000


In article 2(2)(a) of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation) Order 2000 (interpretation), for “the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “Part 5 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
