# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 30: National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2003


In regulation 2 of the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2003 (interpretation), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “capital limit”, for “section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
