# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 32: Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland (Appointment of General Members) Regulations 2004


In regulation 2(f) of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland (Appointment of General Members) Regulations 2004 (general members), for “subsection (1)(a)” to “Act 2001” substitute “subsection (1)(a), (b), (d), (f), (g) and (j) of section 47 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
