# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 36: Valuation for Rating (Decapitalisation Rate) (Scotland) Regulations 2005


In regulation 2(2)(a) of the Valuation for Rating (Decapitalisation Rate) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 (interpretation), for “section 2(20) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 13 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
