# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 39: Sex Discrimination (Public Authorities) (Statutory Duties) (Scotland) Order 2007


In Part I of Schedule 1 to the Sex Discrimination (Public Authorities) (Statutory Duties) (Scotland) Order 2007—
(a) the entry relating to the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care is revoked; and
(b) at the appropriate place insert—
“Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland”.
