Paragraph 40 Representation of the People (Absent Voting at Local Government Elections) (Scotland) Regulations 2007

In regulation 8(2)(k) of the Representation of the People (Absent Voting at Local Government Elections) Regulations 2007^f1 (those who may attest and sign a proxy vote), for “Part 1 of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “Part 5 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
