# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 41: Adoption Agencies (Scotland) Regulations 2009


For paragraph 14(j)(ii) of Part I of Schedule 1 to the Adoption Agencies (Scotland) Regulations 2009 (information about prospective adopters), substitute—
“(ii) Part 5 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010,”.
