# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 43: Adoption (Disclosure of Information and Medical Information about Natural Parents) (Scotland) Regulations 2009


In regulation 6 of the Adoption (Disclosure of Information and Medical Information about Natural Parents) (Scotland) Regulations 2009 (disclosure of information for inquiries etc.), for paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d) Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland;”.
