# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 5: Foster Children (Scotland) Act 1984 (c.56)


In the Foster Children (Scotland) Act 1984—
(a) in section 2(2)(d) (children who are not defined as a “foster child” for the purposes of the Act), for “Part 1 of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “Part 5 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”; and
(b) in section 21(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “care home service”, for “section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
