# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 14: Functions of Health Boards (Scotland) Order 1991


In article 5(4) of the Functions of Health Boards (Scotland) Order 1991 (qualifications to the exercise of functions by Health Boards)—
(a) omit the “or” immediately following paragraph (c);
(b) after paragraph (d) insert—
“; or
(e) HIS.”.
