# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 15: National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 1995


In regulation A2(4) of the National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 1995 (interpretation) in the definition of “employing authority”—
(a) after “Special Health Board” insert “, Healthcare Improvement Scotland”; and
(b) for “section 2 and section 10” substitute “sections 2, 10 and 10A”.
